The Simonis
name is traced back to 17th Century Holland (The Netherlands) and at this
point Simonis relatives can be found around the world. (We know of
relatives in South Africa, Australia, and those of us in the USA!)
The patriarch of the U.S. Simonis family is Al Simonis. He wasn't the first to arrive here, cousin René beat him to it, but he is the oldest! This site, is maintained by Bert Simonis - send me an email if you think you might be related! |

There are other Simonis Families on the web - a distant cousin, Alex, a sailboat designer, has simonis.com. We're not sure if she is related, but Nanny Simonis is a graphic designer in Germany and has simonis.net. (Nanny, if you ever read this, send us a note!)
